Asking good questions is both a discipline and an art form. Effective questioning is a skillset that benefits everything and everyone.

In order to support effective decisions we need to be able to question everything, at the optimal level of detail and within efficient times frames. It can speed things up, focus things to what matters most and contribute to higher levels of quality in every area.

This discussion in the Anatomy of Effective Decisions Series, drills into effective questioning and how it leads to effective decisions.

In this discussion session we'll connect with the various modules in the series and discuss questions we can ask when developing and then reviewing various stages and part s of effective decision making.  We'll zoom in on specific points and discuss why and how to productively challenge and test previous and current decision thinking. 

We'll go through how to build on your teams' collective capability and better serve more effective decision thinking through the kind of robust discussion and debate effective questioning can stimulate.
